I’m often asked what elder law is. So here is a little more information.

Elder law consists of 3 major areas:
- Medicaid and Medicaid planning issues
- Estate planning and administration
- Guardianships
Very related to Elder Law are Elder Rights. These are the rights of the elderly, who are not a Constitutionally protected class.
